Service Provision

1. N4U Broadband will provide broadband services to residential and business customers in the designated service areas.

2. Free To use a 5G dual band router worth 2500/-

3. OTT charges extra on every plan.

4. Landline free on every plan.

5. Once a plan is active it cannot be refunded or stop.

6. The broadband service will be provided via a wired or wireless connection, depending on the availability and suitability of the infrastructure.

7. The maximum advertised speed and any applicable usage limits or data caps will be provided to the customer at the time of subscription.

Installation and Equipment

1. N4U Broadband will arrange for the installation of the necessary equipment to establish the broadband connection, unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. The customer is responsible for providing access to the premises and ensuring compatibility with N4U Broadband's equipment.

3. Any equipment provided by N4U Broadband, including modems or routers, remains the property of N4U Broadband and must be returned upon termination of service or as otherwise specified.

Service Availability

1. The availability of N4U Broadband's services may vary depending on the geographic location and infrastructure limitations.

2. N4U Broadband does not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by factors beyond its control.

Service Interruptions and Maintenance

1. N4U Broadband will make reasonable efforts to provide continuous and reliable service, but service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.

2. N4U Broadband will strive to schedule maintenance and repairs during off-peak hours and will provide advance notice to customers whenever possible.

3. In the event of prolonged service outages, N4U Broadband may offer compensation or credits at its discretion.

Billing and Payments

1. Customers are required to pay the fees associated with the selected broadband plan, including installation fees, monthly service charges, and any additional services or equipment charges.

2. Billing cycles and payment methods will be communicated to customers at the time of subscription.

3. Late or non-payment may result in service suspension or termination, and N4U Broadband reserves the right to charge late fees or pursue collection efforts for unpaid balances.

Data Usage and Traffic Management

1. N4U Broadband may impose data usage limits or implement traffic management policies to ensure fair usage and network stability.

2. Customers will be notified of any applicable data usage limits and the consequences of exceeding those limits.

3. N4U Broadband may employ reasonable traffic management techniques to prioritize network traffic and optimize overall service quality.

Acceptable Use Policy

1. Customers are expected to use N4U Broadband's services in a responsible and lawful manner.

2. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities, transmitting or storing harmful content, violating intellectual property rights, or engaging in excessive bandwidth consumption that negatively impacts the network.

3. N4U Broadband reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of service, in cases of AUP violations.

Miscellaneous

1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and N4U Broadband, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

3. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
