Termination Policy

Please read these terms and conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using N4U Broadband's broadband services. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for the use of N4U Broadband's services. By accessing or using N4U Broadband's services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

  1. Service Termination

    1. Either party may terminate the agreement with a prior written notice, subject to any minimum service commitment or early termination fees specified in the service agreement.

    2. Upon termination, the customer must return any equipment provided by N4U Broadband in good working condition.

  3. Limitation of Liability

    1. N4U Broadband's liability for any claims arising out of or related to the services provided shall be limited to the fees paid by the customer for the affected services during the three months preceding the claim.

    2. N4U Broadband shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.

  4. Refund​ Policy

    1. Once the plan is activated, it is not possible to stop or process a refund.

    2. Please note that the plan can only be deactivated for the next billing cycle.
